Clare V. Dotty Pouch So as you might have guessed from all my "Outfits of the Day" posts, I LOVE Anthropologie. However, ...

- Paint (Black & White)
- Paint Brush
- Circle Stencil (or use a lipstick cap like me, as a hack if you don't want to buy a stencil)
- Optional: Skinny Graphic Scarf
Note: I stenciled each row with both circles before moving on to the next. If I did it again I would have drawn the primary or "white" circles first in a polka dot pattern, then drawn the secondary or "black" circles to fill it in. It would have been easier to get it precise, in my opinion.
Total Cost: Free! (I just used what I already had on hand).
If you don't have the paint supplies and bag you could probably still do the total project for under ~$20.
Have you ever tried a "hack" before? Did it come out as you expected (or was it a hilarious disaster)?

Have you ever been to Charleston or any other historic southern cities?
Where are some of your favorite places to stay in Charleston?
Do you feel inspired by the decor?
Do you like having a certain consistent type of decor and accommodations each time you travel (if so, what is it?)? Or do you favor experiencing the local style and hospitality of each city you stay in?
Do you have a favorite BnB or hotel you've every stayed at? What made it so special and memorable?

Set in the center of a shopping plaza you wouldn't think this was the stage for a modern, artisanal restaurant that reminds one of Brooklyn. However, Forthright Oyster Bar & Kitchen is full of urban character-rather than suburban hum-drum. They label themselves a "neighborhood urban eatery focused on sustainable seafood dishes." (Read: Hipster, if you like hipster. Or refined and unique if you don't like hipster). ;P
Tip: Forthright is very popular for only being open just 2 months-so I recommend you make reservations through Open Table ahead of time if you can.
